Please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the date of purchase in order to make a return for exchange or credit note.
In order to process your exchange or credit note, please complete the Returns Form that is provided with your order.

Please note, Mist will not be responsible for return shipping costs (nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases - other than faulty items) for the exchange of change of mind items. And it is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.
CHANGE OF MIND
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Mist can offer Store Credit for change of mind.
Mist accepts the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition upon within 14 days of order receipt, for exchange or credit note only.
Online purchases can only be returned for exchange or credit note via post, to our Australian Postal address. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service. Mist cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
All orders purchased on SALE are final. All orders purchased using a FLASH SALE CODE can be returned for a Store Credit of the amount paid, only. We do not accept returns on previously credited items. We will not process refunds on Afterpay processed payments.
In any item is faulty or significantly different than described, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange return. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement can be issued first. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item, or in approved circumstances.
Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be reimbursed upon receipt.
We reserve the right to inspect the garment, in cases deemed necessary, if reported as faulty before issuing either credit or refund. Allowing 14 days to be sent to our Head Office in Bali.
All store credits or refunds for any return will be issued once received at our Australian returns address with relevant paperwork.
Mist reserves the right to deny a return, if it does not meet our returns policy or was not authorised via email prior to receipt.

Please be mindful that this was made just for you. With luxury and sustainability in mind, all pieces in our Silk Capsule will be made to order. Reducing waste and ensuring quality.
When ordering from our Silk Collection that returns of any kind will only be accepted if the garment is in original condition with purchase tag still attached.
No refunds will be accepted at all, unless the garment is deemed faulty. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your Mist Silk
